Because the wines of tomorrow always have a past… Martine and Alain welcome you to Domaine des Guiraudets, in the heart of their family vineyard, passed down from generation to generation.

Located in Lagrave, Domaine des Guiraudets offers a peaceful setting in the heart of the countryside. Rooted in gravel and clay soils, and shaped by the westerly and Autan winds, this small hamlet of a few houses surrounded by vineyards is steeped in history. Human presence at Guiraudets is likely very ancient, as evidenced by Gallo-Roman remains found near the hamlet (roof tiles and terra sigillata pottery). Over the centuries, the hamlet has evolved and modernised while preserving its original charm.

Less than ten minutes away, Gaillac reveals its wine cellars and its millennia-old vineyard, while Albi, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, invites you to explore its cathedral and the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum. The Bastide country and the landscapes of the Tarn perfectly complement these cultural and natural discoveries.

The single-storey, detached gîte includes a living area with an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, gas cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, and filter coffee maker. The living space features a fireplace insert, a lounge area, and a convivial dining space.

The three ground-floor bedrooms are arranged as follows:
– Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140 cm)
– Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90 cm)
– Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140 cm) and 1 single bed (90 cm)

The shower room includes a shower and washing machine, and the WC is separate.

Outside, a private garden near the dovecote provides a pleasant space with a barbecue area. Table tennis and table football are available, and the presence of animals on site – cats, sheep and a donkey – adds an authentic touch, especially appreciated by children. Parking is available directly in front of the gîte.
