Guylène and Charles will be delighted to welcome you to their haven on the banks of the Tarn, in a peaceful and typical place with its pigeon house.

Between Albi and Gaillac, an old Gaillac house with its pigeon house on the banks of the Tarn, we offer you to discover three guest rooms “Pigeon house”, “Vigneronne” and “Gaillacoise”, to relax at the water’s edge, to enjoy the swimming pool, the petanque court and the garden.
We propose you the table d’hôte cooking made around the products of the soil by respecting the seasonality.
On the tour, activities are proposed, visit of vineyards, perched villages, a golf course, the leisure centre of Aiguelèze…

Guylène and Charles, originally from the Aveyron, worked for more than 30 years in our Parisian restaurant, in the heart of Paris, we honoured the products of the Aveyron and our sense of welcome. And it is with pleasure that we continue to receive and cook for our guests. Sharing and generosity being at the heart of our way of life, it is quite natural that we have created our three guest rooms.
