Ideally located opposite the Aulus les Bains spa resort, 20 minutes from the Etang de Lers Nordic ski area and 15 minutes from the Guzet Neige downhill ski resort. Numerous hiking trails start from Aulus.
The flat is located in a turret, hence its octagonal shape. Four windows make it a very bright accommodation.

It comprises an entrance hall leading directly to the outdoor park through a large French window.
You will find a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, built-in oven and microwave, 207L fridge/freezer, etc.).
The living room has a dining area, a lounge area with a sofa bed (140 x 180 cm), and a television. There is plenty of storage space available.
The bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed and a wardrobe (hangers, shelves, and drawers).
Bathroom with bathtub, shower rail and bathroom scales.
The flat is heated by fluid inertia radiators that provide gentle, constant heat.
