Nestled in the thousand-year-old village of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, between the Pyrenees mountains and the Garonne river, La Résidence is a former farmhouse that has been completely converted into a positive energy building. Today, it is a third place open to all those committed to ecological, social and territorial transitions.
This hybrid space welcomes professionals, local authorities, associations, researchers and residents to work, exchange ideas and experiment together on topics such as food and energy transition, soft mobility and sustainable tourism. Because it is often rural areas that come up with concrete solutions to major global challenges.
The Residence has a number of modular workspaces: a large seminar room, meeting and training rooms, shared offices and a co-working space. All this in a calm, natural and stimulating environment that is conducive to reflection and collaboration.

To extend your stay, 10 comfortable rooms are available, suitable for all types of guests:
– 2 premium rooms with double beds (160 cm),
– 2 superior rooms with twin or double beds and mattress toppers,
– 2 triple rooms (three single beds or one double bed + one single bed),
– 2 “”business”” rooms with twin or double beds and shared bathroom,
– 1 wheelchair-accessible room with a single bed,
– 1 spacious suite with double bed.
