Whether you’re skiing or snowshoeing, the trails converge at the refuge and stretch right up to the village gates in a unique environment!
At Le Chioula, you can face the peaks of the Ariege Pyrenees with a gentle touch!

In the heart of a peaceful natural setting, its Nordic ski trails follow the gentle, natural lines of rural paths and tracks. You can also try your hand at snowshoeing on marked trails to reach the guarded refuge at the heart of the ski area, the village of Prades, or the mountains of Sorgeat or Ignaux.

– Nordic skiing: 13 marked trails, Nordic skiing lessons supervised by the Ecole Du Ski Français (ESF) by reservation on 06.74.34.95.60.
– Tobogganing: 1 tobogganing area
– 4 snowshoe trails
– 1 pedestrian route to the Chioula signal (2 km)
– Refuge: accessible on skis and snowshoes from the start of the runs.
