In the heart of the central Pyrenees Mountains, Peyragudes was established in 1988 and is the merger of two ski resorts: Peyresourde and Agudes. Its vast snow-fields are spread over more than 3700 acres on two sides of a mountain. The skiable areas open out onto panoramas of the neighbouring 3000m high peaks surrounding the resort. 46 trails over 60 km with 5 green, 20 blue, 17 red, 4 black (expert level) and a snow-park with a lift as well as a dedicated snowboarder-cross area for free-style skiers.
