Our company is located in the heart of the Monts de Lacaune at an altitude of 800 metres, within the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park.

Today, Salaisons Oberti represents more than 60 years of expertise in dry-cured products and traditional charcuterie, prepared in accordance with ancestral recipes and using rigorously selected raw materials (French and Occitan pork).
Since 2022, Salaisons Oberti has joined the regional companies of Alliance Terroirs, promoting the excellence of French charcuterie craftsmanship.
We welcome you to our production workshops in Lacaune, where you can discover the famous Jambon de Lacaune. During your visit, do not miss the opportunity to enjoy all our artisanal products available in our shop.
