The Moulin à huile de Villevieille is an olive-growing cooperative that has been in existence for three quarters of a century.
Since the 90s, each producer has separated the olives by variety at harvest time: ‘We make olive oil from the olives of our cooperative members (only from the Gard and Hérault regions)’.
Specialising in the production of high-quality extra virgin olive oils, the mill promotes local varieties such as Picholine and Négrette.

Its shop offers a range of artisanal products, including olive oils, olives, tapenades, wines, jams, pâtés, cosmetics… There are also biscuits, chocolates and other delicacies.
