Created in 2006, Domaine de Mas Gabriel was the brainchild of two Londoners looking for a change of scene. The basalt terroir immediately appealed to them, as did the winegrower’s house and cellar, which they found “charming”. Peter and Déborah CORE settled on 6 hectares and now produce wines that can be enjoyed on the estate’s terrace in summer.
