The domain les Peyrilles is the family estate of the twin brothers and chefs Gilles and Jacques POURCEL. The wine cellar is located in the centre of the village, whereas the vines are planted over 35 hectares of land which stretch in one of the most beautiful places of the Languedoc coast. Along the Via Domitia, the plots dominate the Thau lagoon and offer an unobstructed view of Sète and the Mediterranean. The estate is specialised in Picpoul and produces some wine batches of manual late harvested grapes or vintages aged in oak barrels.
