Domaine le Sollier nestles at the foot of the Cévennes National Park, in a verdant setting overlooked by two large limestone bars.
A veritable entity, the south-facing hillside vineyard extends over some 15 hectares. “Grenache, Syrah, Viognier and other grape varieties draw all the sunshine they need to make our wines.
It all began in 2006 with the creation of the Cave Particulière, with the aim of making “Terroir” wines with a real identity. A family estate for three generations, Laurent, Thomas and Nicolas are keen to help you discover and share their passion for wine and the place where they live.
