Domaine du Grangeot lies on the Nizas plateau not far from Pézenas.
Bordered by garrigue and woodland, the vineyard covers 15 hectares of clay-limestone soil, composed mainly of pebbles, which results in low yields. Combined with the warmth and sunshine, this produces highly aromatic grapes.

Thanks to this terroir, the red grape varieties express all their olfactory and gustatory power, through fine tannins. The whites, on the other hand, develop smoothness and finesse, giving off floral notes.
