Since its creation in 1989, the Domaine has been using cultivation methods that allow the best expression of the terroir.
Controlled by Ecocert since 1999. Certified AB in 2001.
One hour from Toulouse, the Domaine de Peyres-Combe, located at the beginning of the Cordais plateau on the Circuit des Bastides Albigeoises, can be the starting point for walks and hikes or mountain bike rides (marked circuits).
The wines: “They are not charming, they are not seductive, they do not bluff, they do not give you everything at once, they keep the mystery and reveal themselves sparingly…”. This is how the wines of Peyres-Combe could be defined.
