De Caveau ligt in Capendu, op de kruising van de RD 113 (Carcassonne-Narbonne) en de weg naar Marseillette. U vindt er vele rode, witte en roséwijnen, gepresenteerd in flessen of in wijnfonteinen van 5 en 10 liter, evenals wijn per taffel; allemaal wijnen uit de “Union” maar ook uit de omliggende gebieden.
