Discover the Ariège on the water with introductory, advanced and downstream canoeing, kayaking, cano-rafting, rafting and stand-up paddling.

Waterploof invites you to discover the thrills of white water rafting on the Ariège River, an incomparable site at the foot of the mountains in the Pyrenees Regional Nature Park.

Thanks to our inflatable rafts (8 people plus your guide) and cano-raft (2 people), you’ll be able to enjoy a wide range of descents, both challenging and technical.

There’s a large lake at the start of the activities, where you can get started, crew up and choose your boat.
River runs of 6km (Sinsat-Ussat) or 12km (Sinsat-Bompas), with return minibus shuttles.

For a full or half day, choose to be accompanied by a professional whitewater instructor who will pass on his know-how, or go it alone by renting equipment.

These activities are open to everyone, from the experienced to the uninitiated, on specially adapted courses.

You can also book an “aquatic day”: morning canoeing and kayaking and afternoon rafting or cano-rafting in Foix, or morning Stand Up Paddle – afternoon canoeing and kayaking.
