Between forest and granite boulders, a peaceful break in a welcoming family home at the heart of the Sidobre.

Located in La Monjarié, in the granitic Sidobre massif, this independent 110 m² house welcomes you for a nature-filled holiday with family or friends. Set in a green and peaceful environment typical of the Tarn, it offers access to forests, trails, striking rock formations and rivers, perfect for outdoor adventures and disconnecting from the everyday.

The gîte is ideally located for exploring the treasures of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park. Just steps away, you can discover the legendary rocks of the Sidobre, Lac du Merle, take woodland walks, or visit Burlats and Castres, with its houses along the Agout, the Goya museum and lively markets. A varied playground for all ages!

The house accommodates up to 8 people, with two entrances: one through the veranda (a few steps), the other through the garage with an internal staircase leading to the main floor.

The air-conditioned veranda acts as a pleasant transition space, with dining area, table football, toy chest and a lovely view of the garden. You then enter a spacious, well-equipped and bright kitchen, perfect for preparing meals together. The living room, adjacent to it, features a smart TV (Google TV) and a wood-burning stove (wood provided), perfect for cooler evenings.

A hallway in L-shape leads to 4 bedrooms, all with storage, wardrobes, and small desks:

3 bedrooms with 160×200 beds and private bathrooms, one of which includes a WC

1 bedroom with 140×190 bed and private shower room
There’s also a separate toilet.

Outside, a terrace below the veranda provides a shady spot for outdoor meals, with a plancha grill available.
The garden is divided into different areas, each offering a unique atmosphere:

a relaxation corner with swings and loungers

an open area ideal for ball games

a badminton area, currently being finished

The garage also serves as a parking space, and houses a ping-pong table and a washing machine.
