Family home situated at the entrance to a small mountain hamlet (Le Plech, Oust), in the Haut Couserans, in the Ariege Pyrenees Regional Park. Dominated by the remains of the Mirabat castle, it offers unspoilt countryside and a host of leisure, wellness and sporting activities for all abilities (mountain biking, horse riding, kayaking, cycling or mountain biking, fishing, skiing).
Numerous hiking trails are directly accessible from the house. Close to all amenities: the village of Oust and its shops are 10 minutes away by car or 15 minutes on foot along a shady country lane. You are only 20 minutes from the spa town of Aulus les Bains and 30 minutes from the ski resort of Guzet Neige. Shuttle service available.

The ground floor has a large, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen where you can enjoy a delicious meal in front of the wood-burning stove. The lounge and dining room are perfect for getting together with family or friends. There is a second bathroom with bath and separate WC.
On the 2nd floor, you’ll find a master suite with a 160cm bed, a dressing room and a shower room with Italian shower, WC and washbasin.
On the first floor are two beautiful bedrooms: one with 2 single beds (90cm) and the other with a single bed (160cm) and a balcony. There is also a rest room for young and old with a flat-screen TV, games and books.
Outside, a private 100 m² garden. Parking in front of the house.
