Charming renovated single-storey house in the village of Espondeilhan. Close to the owners’ house, but not overlooked, you’ll be able to enjoy the benefits of this gîte with family or friends. A large bay window leads into the bright living room with its fully-equipped kitchen and lounge, a corridor with a laundry area leads to the two bedrooms and a bathroom/WC. The first bedroom has a double bed (160cm) and the second two single beds. Outside, on the private terrace, you’ll find everything you need for sunny days: plancha, garden furniture, sun loungers and jacuzzi (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children).private, secure parking is available at the side of the gîte. Household linen and towels included. Baby equipment available on request. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Between sea (Cap d’Agde, Valras-Plage, Vias plage, Grau d’Agde …), mountains (St Pons de Thomières, La Salvetat s/ Agout, lac du Salagou, lac de l’Araviège….). and towns (Béziers, Pézenas, Agde, Sète, Narbonne, Montpellier, Lodève, ST Guilhem le Désert……).
