On 1 hectare, its wooded park offers panorama on the gersoise countryside, sun and shade under its great variety of trees and fruit trees. Large walkways allow to move with ease. Parking spaces are sufficient.
The south terrace offers shade from morning to evening. The East terrace is ideal for sunny breakfasts.
The swimming pool 10×5 m, is at a distance from the house for the tranquility of all. Its wide wooden beaches are ideal for sunbathing.

The house offers on the floor, arranged in an old attic two spacious rooms of 21 and 24 m ² .
On the ground floor, the former wine storehouse welcomes a kitchen living room whose modern furnishings finds its place next to the walls of stones and beams triennial. It will host the breakfasts if the weather does not allow to enjoy the east terrace.
In the old style living room (beams, stones, large open fireplace), equipped with HD TV, Hifi and library, you will take the cool summer and the heat of the wood fire the other seasons.
Unlimited Wi-Fi is available in the house and on the terraces

Towels and bath towels are provided.
