Tower of Lamothe
On the road to Santiago de Compostela and situated in the Ténarèze, the Tour de Lamothe was built on a hillside and overlooks the Izaute valley. With its 5 floors, you will discover a 360° panorama on the last level offering a breathtaking view from the Pyrénées to the hills of Bordeaux.
The church of Cazeneuve was built on a clod next to a castle, both dating from the 11th century. Consecrated to ‘Notre Dames des vignerons’, this Romanesque church is one of the oldest in its jurisdiction. As for the castle, only a 13th century watchtower remains.
