“La Nourrice” (the nurse), edible garden and living forest, original work of Olivier Mats, gradually born in Aubiet.
Buttes of cultures inspired methods of permaculture, green refuge surrounded by flowering peerages … In this ecosystem where each element contributes to the overall balance, the artist Olivier Mats seeks to create a new space, around the idea of inhabited landscape where nature and culture come together for the purpose of welfare, research and development.
