Located in the heart of Armagnac, the guesthouse offers a magnificent view of the vineyards. It is a warm, bright and rejuvenating place, ideal for discovering the region and enjoying well-being retreats.

Located in Montréal-du-Gers with views over the lovely Armagnac hillsides, our guesthouse welcomes you into a haven of greenery surrounded by vineyards and woodland.
With a surface area of 160 m², it is attached to our home but separated by a corridor, ensuring full independence.
Spread over two levels, the ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a wood stove, and a large room also equipped with a stove, which can serve either as a dining room or a practice room for group retreats and workshops. It opens onto a private south-facing terrace with outdoor furniture and stunning views of the vineyards and, on clear days, the Pyrenees. A bathroom with toilet is also located on this floor.
Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms—Chêne, Saule, If, and Marronnier—each available with double or twin beds. One has a private washbasin area, and another features a balcony with private access to the garden via an external staircase. A shower room with toilet, as well as a separate toilet, are also available on this level.
Our 9,500 m² flowered and tree-filled garden, along with the 12×6 m swimming pool, offers the perfect setting for relaxation and rest.
As good food is one of our core values, you can enjoy Dounia’s Table for one or several meals, as well as our cooking workshops to discover the treasures of local and world cuisine.
Just 2 km away, the charming village of Montréal offers many local shops and the first glimpses of the cultural and historical gems of the Gers, adding to the pleasure of your stay with us.
