Semi-detached village house with 30 m2 courtyard and shade sail.
Access to the second floor is via an internal staircase leading to a first bedroom with dressing room (1 x 160 cm bed), then a second bedroom (1 x 140 cm bed), an independent toilet, a shower room and the living room-kitchen opening onto a balcony-terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, 2-burner hob, combined oven/microwave/grill, dolce gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster…
Garage with laundry area. Parking in front of gîte gate or garage available.
Shops nearby. Cellar tours and tastings can be organized.

The gîte “Les deux A” is located in the commune of Montfaucon, a small village nestled on the right bank of the Rhône, dominated by a magnificent fortified castle and inhabited by the De Pins family.

Bordering the Vaucluse region, it is close to the A7 (13 km) and A9 (14 km) freeways.
In the heart of the Côtes du Rhône vineyards, it rubs shoulders with the great vintages of Tavel, Lirac, Laudun and Châteauneuf du Pape.

An ideal location near ORANGE (11km), with its Arc de Triomphe and ancient theater, NIMES (52 km), the Arènes, Maison Carrée, Tour Magne and Musée de la Romanité for history buffs, AVIGNON (21 km) with the Pont St Bénézet, the Palais des Papes and its festival, SAINT MARTIN D’ARDECHE (42 km), gateway to the Gorges de l’Ardèche, one of the most beautiful natural sites with its canyon ending in the Pont d’Arc, a natural arch 54 m high. Halfway between the mountains (Mont Ventoux) and the sea (Le Grau du Roi, Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer).
