It’s said that flowers sing!

Damask, Bourbon, Ayrshire… just some of the rose names and varieties you’ll find in the garden at Le Chant des Fleurs. Located in a quiet, residential area of Saint-Sulpice-la-Pointe, you’re just a 10-minute walk from the town centre, where you’ll find a baker, butcher, restaurant and more. You can even walk to the medieval Souterrain du Castela, 1km from the gîte.

If you leave Saint-Sulpice, you’ll find the Ludolac leisure centre 6km away, with pedalos, canoes, paddle boats, a water playground, mini-golf and farmers’ markets in summer. If you don’t have enough flowers around you, Les Jardins des Martels is around 10km away, with 35,000m² of varied gardens, an exotic greenhouse, banana plantation, mini-farm… Don’t forget you’re in the Pays de Cocagne, and discover the history of this plant with its yellow flowers and unique blue leaves.

**THE GITE**

Detached house on the first floor, above the garage (not accessible). Balcony with garden furniture and awning for shelter from the sun. You can enter through the bay window leading into the dining room, or through the front door leading into the hallway which serves all the rooms in the house. Wifi available.

– Separate fully-equipped kitchen: oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, fridge, crepe maker. From the kitchen, a door leads to the rear of the house with an outside staircase.

– Dining room with fireplace and sitting area with TV

– Bathroom with bath and double washbasin. Separate WC.

– Chambre Etoilée: 140x190cm bed and wardrobes

– Chambre Les Glantines : bed 140x190cm

– Chambre peluche, a smaller room with a 120x190cm single bed.

Outside: the garden surrounds the entire house with its many flowers. The land is fenced on all sides, but the back of the house is only separated by a hedge that overlooks the owners’ house. Parking is available directly in front of the house, in the courtyard with an enclosed gate.

Pets under 15kg are welcome free of charge.

All-inclusive gîte for your comfort: beds made on arrival, bathroom linen, household linen and cleaning at the end of your stay.
