Gite Emeraude Design & Nature ® is a contemporary architect villa of 164 m² designed for the reception of 2 to 9 people, with spa and private beach on the Tarn. Designed in an approach of environmental and ecological integration, the house is open to the outside thanks to a glass facade overlooking the river, to enjoy the natural setting of the Gorges du Tarn. All rooms of the house have views of the river Tarn and the cornices of Causse Noir …

In summer, the living room and the covered terrace form a large living space nestled in nature. The boundaries between interior and exterior are fading away, nature is coming inside to live a real return to basics … 

Ground floor (accessible to people with reduced mobility): 

Large living room opening on the covered terrace with views of nature and the river including: dining room, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction, Nespresso ® …), living room (TV, DVD player, sound bar, library …).

1 room for 2 people (160×200 bed) accessible to disabled people with reduced mobility 

1 bathroom with walk-in shower accessible to disabled people with reduced mobility

1 separate toilet accessible to disabled people with reduced mobility 

1 laundry with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, central vacuum, second fridge-freezer

Upstairs : 

1 room for 2 to 3 people (2 beds 90×200 + 1 extra bed-drawer bed 90×200 or 3 beds of a place) with TV, DVD player and games 

1 room for 2 persons (bed 160×200) intimate with a large bed in an alcove 

1 room for 2 people of 16 m² (sleeping 2 beds 90×200) in a cocoon of nature 

1 bathroom with walk-in shower and design bath with panoramic views of the river and the natural setting of Gorges du Tarn 

1 separate toilet 

Baby equipment at your disposal: cot with pillow top mattress, pushchair, bathtub, Babycook ® 

Beds made for your arrival, towels and home linen provided.

Gite Emeraude Design & Nature ® is built on a private plot of 2 500 m² with direct access to the river.

Covered terrace 51 m², spa, outdoor shower, private beach on the Tarn, patio, petanque, landscaped garden, private parking 5 places, small leisure equipment, telescope.
