Family farm since 1906, specialized in breeding Aubrac cows. We sell our meat directly, for around fifteen years, only to the final consumer.

Our family farm is located 4km from Laguiole. We will be pleased to welcome you there all year long. Our store is open from mid-April to mid-November, but also during the winter holidays (February).



Our beef is sold at the farm (retail or in packages), but we also offer home deliveries throughout France. In many regions, we have chosen to deliver our meat ourselves (Mediterranean coast, Ile de France, Champagne, Rhône Valley, Toulouse area, etc.). Elsewhere, we rely on the expertise of Chronofresh so that packages arrive at your home in optimal conditions. All the information on our website or by making a quick phone call!



During the winter holidays, we offer farm visits (Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 5:15 p.m. - by reservation). In spring and summer, the herds are visible in the fields around the farm, and we are always available to talk to you about our job and answer your questions.
