Château Les Carrasses is a 19th Century Wine Domaine in the Languedoc, extensively restored as a luxury self-catering estate.
Accommodation consists of 28 stylish suites, apartments and villas, many with panoramic views and private gardens and all fashioned from the original buildings. With a total capacity of 59 people in single rooms (bedroom and bathroom per person) or 87 people with some sharing twin rooms.
The seminar rooms are spacious and bright and the domaine offers a calm environment of relaxed luxury. The restaurant serves elegant mediterranean cuisine using fresh local products.
