In the heart of French Tuscany, ideally located between Condom and Lectoure, Le Peyrebatut gîte welcomes you to the heart of unspoilt nature and landscapes, while offering hiking trails, sightseeing and gastronomic discoveries.

Situated between the Ténarèze, Lomagne and Armagnac regions, the gîte, which was completely renovated a few years ago, is located on a vast 5-hectare estate in the commune of Saint Puy, offering a peaceful setting in the heart of the countryside. It can accommodate up to 4 people and boasts a breathtaking view over the village of Saint-Puy and the surrounding hills. The gîte is close to the home of the owners, who are both charming and discreet, guaranteeing a serene and pleasant stay. Covering an area of 100 m², this detached house is very bright and has a modern, refined interior. It includes a spacious 47 m² living room with wood-burning stove, as well as a fully-equipped open kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle). The gîte also includes two bedrooms: both with twin 90cm beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
The nearby village of Saint-Puy has a mini-market where you can buy bread, and a doctor’s surgery. You can enjoy fine cuisine in a charming and friendly setting at the “Chez vous” restaurant.
In this region, known as the French Tuscany, there’s something for everyone, whether you enjoy the unspoilt countryside or visit the local historical heritage.Discover the collegiate church of La Romieu and Auch Cathedral, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
The owners will be delighted to share with you their discoveries of the region they have fallen in love with.
