Pleasant villa for 5 people, with enclosed garden and above-ground pool, for a stay under the sun of the Camargue and Provence.
Village setting. Semi-detached gîte with private enclosed garden.
First floor: fitted kitchen, living room with dining area and sitting area with TV, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and TV, shower room, separate toilet.
1st floor: 1 attic bedroom with 2 90×200 beds and TV, 1 attic sleeping area with 1 90×200 bed and TV, relaxation/games area, 1 wc.
Outside: enclosed grounds with 10m2 above-ground pool 1 m deep, shaded terrace and 1 parking space.
The garden and pool are maintained by the owner early in the morning.
No smoking.
Parties are not allowed in the gîte or on the property. Heating is included from 07/10/2024 to 17/05/2025.
