La Petite Ruine” is an old detached white stone barn. It is about ten metres from the owners’ house, but its privacy has been preserved thanks to a different orientation and a curtain of obscuring vegetation… The three terraces accessible through the guest house’s bay windows allow you to choose a different setting depending on the time of day and your preferences.
The guest house comprises a large living room with open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a comfortable 160 cm bed, a small shower room and a separate toilet. Large windows with electric roller shutters provide plenty of natural light…
The 8 x 4 metre swimming pool with salt water filtration system for softer water makes the most of the pool surrounds to make the most of long lazy moments in the shade or in the sun. A stone wall enclosure attenuates the effects of the wind and ensures greater privacy.
