La Maison de Ninou – Gîte

In the heart of the Ariège region, this bright, spacious country house is within easy reach of the village of Damazan sur Arize for sightseeing, shopping or nature walks.

At the entrance, a loggia invites you to relax or read a book. The living room opens directly onto the terrace. You can imagine a convivial table, or a more intimate, cocooning space in front of the fireplace (functional in mid-season). The separate, fully-equipped kitchen is ready to use for your home-cooked meals. In summer, you can also take advantage of the barbecue to grill and enjoy local meats.
The hallway leads to 3 spacious bedrooms, ideal for a family with children (each with a 140cm double bed), and a bathroom with bathtub.
Upstairs, a cosy room can be used as an office, games room, reading or video corner (with tv and dvd), lounge with sofa, around the masterpiece of decoration: the old forge bellows! Another bathroom with shower and toilet is also accessible.

The gîte is adjoined by the family business (which ceases operations at weekends in August), which will do its utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. No direct neighbors.
