Located on a vineyard estate between Servian and Abeilhan, this gîte sleeps 7. On the ground floor, there’s a fully-equipped kitchen with sitting area, 1 large terrace with barbecue, 4 bedrooms (3 x 160 cm beds and 1 x 90 cm bed) and 2 bathrooms (1 with WC) on the first floor. The terrace opens onto a garden with a secure 5 m by 10 m swimming pool (to be shared with the second gîte). The view is over vineyards and woods. The village of Servian is 2 kms away and fully equipped: supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, bakery, butcher’s, sports facilities etc… The proximity of the A75 and A9 freeways means you can quickly reach more distant tourist sites. It’s an ideal gîte for a quiet family vacation, and even more so if you’re interested in winegrowing.
