Discover the silence and gentleness of our gîte. The living-dining room with fireplace seats up to 10. The adjoining kitchen. Access to the accommodation is via a corridor leading to 3 bedrooms, one with private entrance and en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin, separate wc), a master bedroom and another bedroom accommodating up to 3 beds (90cm x 200cm), both separated by a large bathroom with double washbasins, bath and wc. A double terrace gives access to a 4x4m private swimming pool, shaded by a 50-year-old wild pear tree and overlooking a private garden and parking area. Facilities: Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom, terrace with barbecue.
