A charming 17th-century house with a heated swimming pool, two living rooms, a jacuzzi, a library, and an enclosed garden, ideal for a family holiday. Located in the Tarn region of Ségala, this independent cottage welcomes you for a comfortable stay surrounded by nature and heritage.

Less than 20 minutes away, Albi reveals its treasures: the majestic Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum, and the banks of the Tarn River. Lovers of spectacular scenery will appreciate the Viaur Viaduct, while contemporary art enthusiasts can discover the Soulages Museum in Rodez, about 40 minutes away.
Built in 1650 and fully renovated, this house has retained its authenticity while adapting to modern comforts. It can accommodate up to 10 people in a warm, traditional yet contemporary atmosphere. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, combination oven/microwave, refrigerator), a welcoming dining room with a large table, and two comfortable living rooms with televisions, sofas, and reading corners. A library is also available for relaxation.

Upstairs, five bedrooms accommodate guests of all ages, along with three bathrooms and toilets for everyone’s comfort.

The three remaining bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, jacuzzi, double vanity, and toilet.

The large, enclosed, and wooded garden (6000 m²) and the orchard invite relaxation. You’ll make the most of summer with the private heated swimming pool (9×5 m, 1.50 m deep), nestled in the courtyard. For leisure, you’ll enjoy a foosball table, arcade game, library, swing set, and bicycles available for the whole family. The cottage also has private parking for 4 vehicles with an electric vehicle charging station.
Bed linen and towels are provided, and 2 baby cots are available.
