For many years now, Michel, the winegrower, has been keen to help visitors discover his trade, his wines and his little corner of paradise. After his store and his motorhome reception area, he now invites you to stay in his gîte.

The Annabel gîte nestles between Sérignan and Valras-Plage, on a 15-hectare wine-growing and wine-tourism estate overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the mouth of the Orb and the Orpellières nature reserve on one side, and the vastness of the wine-growing plain as far as Béziers on the other. This haven of tranquility is a 2-minute drive from a major shopping center, and 4 minutes from Valras beach. This 70 m² gîte for 4 people is totally independent and located on the first floor of a longère. It features a bright living room with sitting area and study area, and a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob, pod coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all necessary cooking equipment.The night area includes a bedroom with a double bed (160×200 cm), TV screen, built-in closet, and a second bedroom with 2 beds (90×200 cm) that can be joined together. There’s also a shower room with washing machine and separate toilet, parking and a private outdoor area with wooden picnic table, comfortable garden furniture and barbecue. This non-smoking gite is equipped with heating, television and WIFI. Towels are provided, and an end-of-stay cleaning package is available on request. TOURISTIC ATTRACTIONSBetween the surrounding vineyards and the sea, the Annabel gîte is ideally situated for a pleasant stay in the Hérault region: you can enjoy a stroll through the vineyards, take a detour to the beach or visit the local restaurants and shops. The gîte is just a stone’s throw from the beaches, restaurants and entertainment of Valras- plage (Casino, farmers’ markets, shows at the Palais de la mer), but you can also go to Sérignan – village to discover its market, collegiate church, modern art museum and Buren’s in situ work, or to Sérignan -plage to discover the magnificent Maïre beach, or the protected site of Orpellières and its Dado museum.For those who enjoy cycling, all these sites are accessible via well-developed cycle paths. You can also enjoy peaceful strolls along the shady banks of the Canal du Midi (a UNESCO World Heritage site), dotted with historic bridges and picturesque locks. The 9 locks from Fonseranes to Béziers are a must-see. The Narbonnaise en Méditerranée Regional Nature Park offers unspoilt landscapes. In short, between sea and countryside, Sérignan and its surroundings offer a range of tourist experiences as diverse as they are enticing, where everyone will find something to satisfy their desires for escape and discovery.
