At the foot of the Larzac plateau, the Tournemire-Roquefort rail station serves one of the most famous villages in France: Roquefort-sur-Soulzon.

This is where, in the natural fault lines of the Combalou cliff, Roquefort cheese is made. Discover the “king of cheeses”, a cheese already praised by Diderot in his time. You can also go hiking in the nearby Grands Causses Regional Nature Park.
