Located in the Tarn region, in the Gaillac*Albi*Cordes-sur-Ciel golden triangle, the owners have 2 completely independent guest houses, including the ‘Raisin’ guest house, which can accommodate up to 2 people.

Welcome to Gîtes Pausadis in Lacapelle-Segalar! Two small guest houses with a large shared swimming pool

Situated on the border between the Tarn and the Aveyron, close to Albi, the Gaillac vineyards and the “Bastides Albigeoises”, the Aveyron Gorges and Najac, we offer two completely independent guest houses, fully equipped and ideally located for visiting the most beautiful sites in the region.

Just a stone’s throw from Cordes-sur-Ciel, a magnificent medieval town and one of the oldest in Occitanie. Beautiful views over the countryside, peace and quiet, and Céline recommends the sunsets from the garden.

Large enclosed garden of 6000m², secure swimming pool (6x12m) shared by the two guest houses, children’s swing and ping-pong table, car park.

The Raisin guest house offers comfortable accommodation for two people:

– living room with TV area, 2 armchairs, sofa bed and storage space
– fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas cooker/oven, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle and all you need for cooking)
– bedroom with 160×200 bed (possibility of adding a cot)
– bathroom with shower, bath, washbasin and toilet.

The guest house is on one level, adjoining the owners’ house, but not overlooked. It has a garden with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue.

The guest house also has other small facilities such as a hairdryer, ironing board and iron, clothes line, clothes hangers, etc.

Additional information :
Beds made on arrival – Towels provided – Towels for the swimming pool not provided.
The deposit is €400, returned at the end of the stay.Cleaning is the responsibility of the occupant.
Pets (dogs, cats) allowed on request, supplement €8/night/pet.
On site, you will meet Sam, an adorable and very affectionate golden retriever.
No-smoking guest house.
