Sur une exploitation viticole, proche de l’Etang de Thau, gite comprenant 2 chambres pour 4 personnes.

80 m² holiday cottage in the heart of the Picpoul de Pinet vineyards, on a wine estate near the Etang de Thau lagoon and surrounded by pine forest, close to the owner’s residence.

Comprising a living room with fitted kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed (160×200 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90×200 cm), a shower room, toilet, television, reversible air conditioning and wood-burning stove. The cottage is semi-detached with another cottage but not overlooked.
Enjoy the outdoor space on an unfenced shared plot with barbecue and parking. Bicycles available on request.

The cottage has two entrances, one at the bottom of the cottage with a staircase and another at the top of the cottage with a single step.
