In Pézenas, we offer you an authentic welcome in the charm of a discreet, comfortable shelter, a veritable jewel case of greenery, in a preserved natural area, in the heart of a residential district, on the edge of town.
Unique: rent a detached house in a large 1200 m² garden.
It’s a small, U-shaped house, 70 m² on one level.
At the entrance, a large cedar counter where you can leave your personal belongings and store your luggage.
In the west wing, a fully equipped kitchen offers you the best conditions for preparing your favorite recipes. A French window gives direct access to the garden on the sunset side.
In the central part, you’ll find a vast living room where you can settle comfortably into deep leather armchairs, or stretch out on the sofa to read, doze or share a glass of wine.
A French window and an openwork entrance door let in the light and provide direct access to the terrace.
In the east wing, you’ll experience a king-size bed in a quiet bedroom that opens onto a functional shower room through a sliding door.
The toilet is separate.
The design, orientation and materials used in this new construction ensure a high level of comfort. The interior temperature is pleasant in all seasons, thanks to optimal insulation. In case of heatwave, a mobile air conditioner is available. It’s a traditional construction that makes the most of today’s energy and environmental constraints.
Our rental is fully furnished and equipped.
Everything is included: household linen, sheets, towels, cleaning products, water and electricity consumption, unlimited Internet connection, end-of-stay cleaning.
Rates are net and include tourist tax, so there’s no extra charge.

You have free access to a garden planted with trees, where you can relax in the shade of medlar or hackberry trees. Depending on the season, figs, almonds, apricots and cherries can be picked and enjoyed under the tree.
Rabbits and squirrels frolic freely. Birds make their nests on the highest branches.
For lovers of discovery, exploration and nature sports; for tasters of authentic wines or professional oenologists; for architecture enthusiasts or for hunters of rare and antique objects, this is a restful pied à terre.
A natural setting, independent without being isolated: Pézenas town center a 15-minute walk away.
