Between Gard and Ardèche, spacious and very comfortable villa for 10 people, with private pool and breathtaking views of the Cévennes.
Hamlet setting. Detached single-storey house.
Large living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (2 fridges, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, citrus squeezer, microwave, oven….).
1 separate toilet. 5 independent master suites, each with bathroom with shower and bath, toilet, television and 2 single beds (90cm) that can be twinned to form a 180cm bed.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Outbuilding with sauna and fully-equipped gym (rowing machine, treadmill, exercise bike) and laundry room with tumble dryer and washing machine.
Garden, 2 terraces, private swimming pool (10.5 x 5 m – depth 0.80 to 1.80 m).
This spacious, functional, very pleasant and bright villa welcomes you for a stay between Gard and Ardèche.
For your comfort, it features a large living room and 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.
From the terrace, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Cévennes.
For your moments of relaxation or conviviality, several areas are at your disposal: large swimming pool, gym and sauna, pétanque court, table soccer, ping-pong table…
But don’t let all this stop you from exploring this beautiful region with its varied landscapes and many activities. Stroll through the narrow streets of the characterful villages of Barjac, Montclus, La Roque sur Cèze, Lussan or Aiguèze. Visit the famous Aven Orgnac and its Prehistoric City, or the original Grotte de la Salamandre.
Hike or paddle the Gorges de la Cèze, de l’Ardèche or du Gardon. And so many other discoveries await you…
