On the ground floor, you’ll find a large living room with lounge and dining area.
A very comfortable sofa that can be used as a double bed and a single bed.

There’s also a separate, fully-equipped kitchen with 4 burners, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

Finally, a master bedroom with double bed and bathroom with corner bath and heated towel rail.

A studio with a small terrace adjoining the garden provides additional sleeping accommodation.

Enjoy the sunny days in the garden overlooking the kitchen, with summer table, barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden has 3 doors opening onto the living room, kitchen and bedroom, allowing you to live outside as if in the countryside, while still being in the center of Pézenas with all the advantages of the city.
As there’s plenty of countryside to discover around Pézenas, you’ll have 2 bicycles at no extra charge.

Optional end-of-stay cleaning 50€. Bed linen and towels 15€/person (to be agreed directly with the owner).

Pets accepted under certain conditions.
