With family or friends, this village gîte is the ideal place to discover Provence Occitane while enjoying moments of relaxation in the spa area.
Would you like a holiday in a place that is both close to all amenities and within easy reach of both famous and lesser-known natural and cultural sites?
If so, I’d be delighted to welcome you to the family home, which we restored in 2017 in keeping with the traditional style, and which we’ve fitted out to make you feel at home!
The location is ideal for exploring the area to your heart’s content.
– sports: hiking trails, mountain biking, cycle paths and 10 m from the GR 42 footpath
– cultural, less than 50 km away: Camp de César, Pont du Gard, Cèze valley and its 3 ‘most beautiful villages in France’, Ardèche gorges, Uzès, Orange, Avignon, Nîmes, Vaison la Romaine, etc.
– Relaxation and well-being: enjoy the spa area and/or a massage.
The gîte is located in a group of buildings adjoining our house, in the heart of the wine-growing village of Laudun.
There is a parking space in the communal courtyard. Access to the gîte is via an outside staircase leading to one of 2 private terraces overlooking the Tave wine plain to the south and the Rhône valley to the east.
There is also a second terrace with a magnificent view over the vineyards.
You’ll love the intimacy, serenity and comfort of our courtyard, set back from the street.
Level 1: fully-equipped living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), shower room and toilet, terrace.
Level 2: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed + 80cm sofa bed, shower room and WC, terrace.
Gîte sleeps 4. Additional person: 15€/day
