18th-century vacation farmhouse, ideally located for discovering the fabulous Cévennes Méridionales region!
On the outskirts of the village, in a private cul-de-sac between garrigue and pine trees, air-conditioned, single-storey detached villa.
Spacious, bright living room (with sofa bed), large kitchen opening onto terrace, 2 comfortable bedrooms (one with 140cm bed, one with 160cm bed that can be split into 2x80cm), bathroom and laundry room.
Heating: heat pump, a flat rate of 8kwh/day is included, any excess will be billed / Wood-burning stove: extra €30 per stay for wood.
Wifi with good internet connection. Private enclosed grounds of 250 m2 with terrace, garden furniture, hammocks and deckchairs, barbecue and plancha, and a herb patch to bring southern flavors to the kitchen. An ideal place to relax after a day’s exploring.
